We stress the importance of an annual physical examination because of the shorter life span of our pets. This can help alleviate serious health problems. While some diseases cannot be cured, their early detection can allow better management leading to an improved quality of life.
Our vaccination protocol follows the standards set by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA). We recognize that all pets do not have the same medical needs. Therefore we offer wellness programs specifically designed to meet your pets’ specific life stage.
Our wellness programs include the following.
Puppy & Kitten:
-Physical examination
-All appropriate vaccinations
-Stool check and necessary deworming
-Begin heartworm & flea prevention
-Adolescent behavior counseling
Healthy Adult Pet:
-Physical examination
-Appropriate yearly vaccinations
-Stool check and necessary deworming
-Continue heartworm and flea prevention
-Behavioral counseling
Senior Adult Pet:
-Physical examination
-Appropriate yearly vaccinations
-Stool check & necessary deworming
-Continue heartworm and flea prevention
-Senior behavioral counseling
-Complete blood count, blood chemistries and urinalysis
-Blood pressure check
-Glaucoma screening |
